SOME A'S FOR YOUR Q'S
BOOKING + TRIAL Q'S
DO YOU REQUIRE A RETAINER TO BOOK? Yes, when booking your wedding date, we require a retainer and contract to secure your date in our schedule. Once the contract has been sent, you do have a 24 hour grace period to sign and pay your retainer, otherwise your date is void and becomes available for others to book.
CAN I BOOK A TRIAL PRIOR TO SECURING MY WEDDING DATE? Yes! However, we do operate on a first come first serve basis due to the amount of inquiries received daily. Nothing is secured in our schedule until your contract is signed and deposit has been paid. Therefore, you are at risk of losing your spot in our schedule if you choose to wait to book your date after your trial.
IS A TRIAL REQUIRED? Trials are not required, but we do highly recommend them. It gives you a chance to meet your artist and ensures a stress free wedding morning for not only you, but for your artist too knowing we have your dream wedding look locked in!
WEDDING DAY Q'S
SHOULD I DO MY NORMAL SKINCARE ROUTINE? Nope! Please make sure yourself + your girls come with clean, freshly washed skin (no makeup residue) We will do all skin prep necessary!
HOW MUCH TIME IS NEEDED FOR MAKEUP? 1 hour for bridal & 40 minutes for bridesmaids/moms
HAIR OR MAKEUP FIRST? Either one! If you already have your hair done, we can absolutely work around that.
WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND GETTING READY? This is ultimately dependent on what time you are able to get into your bridal suite at your venue (if they have one) Most venues typically don't allow you access to the bridal suite until 10AM. With a large bridal party, that timeline becomes highly unrealistic for makeup and hair- the last thing you want to do is feel rushed the morning of your wedding. AirBnB's are always more ideal for space and lighting. Hotel conference rooms are always a great option as well!
IS GRATUITY INCLUDED IN PRICING? Gratuity is not included in any pricing. Unsure on how much to tip? A general guideline is to tip your Makeup Artist as you would tip any service provider (nail tech, hair stylist, etc.) which is anywhere from 15%-20%
